Two Knights' Defence and Traxler Counter-Gambit

This work is actually the continuation and supplement of Jozsef Palkovi's book entitled Italienische Partie und Evans Gambit, published in 1998.

After 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bc4 Black plays 3...Nf6, provoking, as it were, his opponent to make the obvious move 4.Ng5.

What is White to do?
Is he to go into complications of 4.Ng5, or to choose some other possibility instead?
